Victor Rizkallah
Design engineer
I build products and services end to end, from strategy and user intent to interface design, implementation, and iteration.
Over the past years, I have taken responsibility for work across energy, AI, B2B SaaS, and AR/VR. Sometimes it meant designing products, services, operational systems, or strategy from scratch.
My process starts with the shape of the problem: what the system is for, what the user actually intends to do, and what decisions the product should remove. From there, I move into high-craft design, full UI/UX, and the actual build.
I care about the details people rarely notice as much as the larger system. That level of craft is what makes a product or service feel different, useful, and trustworthy to the people who use it every day.
I approach systems with three working beliefs: if designed well, they can be automated reliably, fast iteration is necessary, aesthetics and details are not an afterthought.
Projects
Experience
Co-founded an applied AI lab.
Automated company operations, rebuilt the company strategy for the AI era, and created its AEO offering from scratch.
Started as an AI software engineering agent, then pivoted into egocentric data collection for high-skill industries like woodworking, metalworking, and factories before merging it into Knotron.
Worked with Lebanon's Ministry of Energy on grid modernization, smart-grid strategy, regulatory reform, and decentralized energy rollout concepts.
Applied quantitative and statistical methods to model risk, pricing, investment returns, and forecasting accuracy in energy finance.
Grew sales by 300%, introduced virtual staging, augmented reality, and interactive 3D models, and helped expand into Qatar, Bahrain, and Jordan.
Side quests
Worked as a university research assistant studying actuators for artificial muscles.
Built a computational system for space agency work and technical research.
Part of the organizing team behind the first NASA hackathon held in Lebanon.
Built an online brand for fun that reached tens of millions of people.
